Our suggestions for the mold maintenance
(After you receive our die casting molds)
After each casting, mold should be dissembled and throughly cleaned including all the components,also some components of the mold need to be re-fitting. Such as slide retract; this is to ensure the next time’s correct match.
Before each running, make sure all parts are in good condition, then assemble and check all the fittings.
Make good antirust protection for the assembled mold and well store it.
Timely tempering for the mold can eliminate the inner stress thus improve the steel’s stability &enforce the steel’s mechanics performance.
The first three times tempering is very important,related to mold life,it’s a must job.
